Introducing Quikspray’s new 241 Carrousel® Grout Plant. The all-in-one unit consists of a Carrousel® Pump and U-Blend Mixer mounted onto a skid frame as well as wheel kits are available.
The Grout Plant sits on pneumatic tires which makes it easy to move on the job site. In addition, the skid frame has fork pockets installed to allow contractors to move the unit from one location to another with a forklift.
The 241 Grout Plant’s mixer tub has been upgraded to handle a larger mixing capacity of 1315 lbs. of material (9.42 cubic feet with aggregate).
A new feature to this unit also includes the jack stabilizers, one on each corner of the pump. This allows the users to stabilize the pump by using a manual handle that comes with the pump or can be nut driven.
The 241 Carrousel® Grout Plant is available in hydraulic. This unit is intended for pumping cementitious and epoxy grouts, heavily bodied materials, re-grouting mortar joints and also spraying fireproofing, waterproofing, EIFS, artificial rock work, stucco, and other commercial coatings.
