Common Questions We Get
“How’s this different from using my drill with a paddle?” Drill mixers work fine for paint, but try mixing thick epoxy or aggregated material and you’ll burn through motors fast. Plus, they can’t maintain consistent speed when the load gets heavy. This mixer just keeps chugging along at the same speed all day.
“Will this work with my 5-gallon buckets?” Yep, that’s exactly what we designed it for. Five gallons is the sweet spot – big enough to be efficient, but not so big you can’t handle it.
“How do I clean this thing after using epoxy?” The bucket is replaceable, so cleanup is easy. For water-based stuff, soap and water. For epoxy and other specialty materials, just use whatever solvent the manufacturer recommends.
“Can I make it mix faster or slower?” We can set you up with different speeds (30, 90, or 120 RPM) depending on what you’re mixing. Give us a call and we’ll figure out what works best for your materials.
