Electric or Pnuematic (air)
Air Motors
Explosion proof, variable speed, high torque, and inherently overload protected. These units are supplied with 1/2″ NPT input and exhaust parts, muffler, and variable speed control valve. An air filter and lubricator are optional.
Electric motors
Quality name brand capaciter type 110/220 V.A.C. single phase standard. Explosion proof electric motor are available upon request.
The 2″ gate valve allows convenient dumping of mixed product.
Rugged steel
Construction with time tested sealed gearbox. Mixing blades are available in several sizes and they are constructed from either steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Mixing blades are adjustable on the mixing shaft, depending on batch size.
Variety of gear ratios
RPM – 190-415(electric) 0-300 (pnuematic)
Designed for long service life at top efficiency, this system has been time tested for more than 35 years.
Easy to clean
The mixing blades are easily removed (bayonet type coupling) and the mixer head swings out of the way. The mixing container has straight sides allowing easy clean up during breaks or between batches.
